11. How to switch credit cards

During your credit card experience, there may come a time when you decide you want to change credit card providers. This could be for a number of reasons, but will likely be because you aren’t happy with the service you have been receiving or because you go on to find a better deal elsewhere.

This section will discuss the pros and cons of switching your credit card from one provider to another as well as go through the steps you will need to take if you do ever choose to switch.

We will also talk you through why you may want to cancel your credit card, and how to do this, plus things to be wary of when you consider cancelling.
