- Guarantees to beat the ING Direct Cash ISA (standard AER) by 0.25% until 1st January 2010, should the difference drop below 0.25%, Birmingham Midshires will change the rate on your account accordingly within 7 days.

- This Mini Cash ISA does not allow you to transfer previous tax year subscriptions and is only available to new money for 2008/2009 tax year only.
