Very fast service. Friendly staff.
I was going on a city break with my family and need to arrange some last min cover. Go Travel really helped me out. The young lady I spoke to on the phone was helpful and assuring, informing me that the cover would be processed on time. Top marks!

Nothing just yet
Just took out holiday insurance with Go Travel and the customer service was so could I had to leave a review. In this day and age I never have high expectations for customer service as call centre staff often seem to have attitude problems. This however has lifted my expectations! Well done!

Initially when I was buying my go travel travel insurance I found the staff friendly and helpful.
I soon found the staff to be rude and unhelpful when I needed to claim.
