The customer service at Endsleigh is brilliant - the staff are very knowledgable and helpful and are happy to explain things if you don't understand. Endsleigh also offer a student discount on its insurance products which helped me a lot when I purchased my travel insurance. I like the fact that you can locate the individual branches and ring a landline number instead of an 0845 or 0870 number - I have a mobile and even 0800 numbers cost 45p a min but 01 and 02 numbers are part of my inclusive allowance. This does up the price of the products a little more but the great online and student discounts make up for that.
