Really good price. Paid without fuss and friendly, easy to talk to call centre staff.

Nothing springs to mind.

The reasonable annual premium covered what we needed, including our couple of weeks skiing each year. The Call Centre staff were efficient and explained very clearly what we had to do. Good Stuff.
