Customer service is great. In over ten years of banking with Barclays I have never had a problem with customer service, which is rare in this day and age. The interest is not great but if you just have a small amount of cash and wanna open a saver this is the one. Im still learning to use the internet so being able to manage the account online and by phone and in branch is a great advantage.
