"Petplan insurance deals with claims quickly" - Anon (28-May-2008)
Petplan have always dealt with my claims quickly plus their customer service call centre is UK based with helpful and friendly staff.
I have had other pet insurance policies but they haven't been as good as Petplan

Claims are settled very quickly by Petplan Pet Insurance which is great.
I insured my dog with Petplan for over 15 years only to find that when he became terminally ill, it wouldn't cover the cost of putting him to sleep. It's silly that a company claiming to care for animals wouldn't cover this fundamental cost of losing a pet.
