No good points like many others left bitterly disappointed with the removal of the nil excess on our dog insurance.
No notification from M&S about change to policy even though when I phoned to discuss this with them i was told it happened last June . surely letters should have been sent to all existing customers at the time of the change.
Marks and Spencers Pet Insurance has very bad customer service not only will I no longer insure my dog with them i will no longer shop with them either and cancel my account . I can understand the financial reason for this change but the decent thing to do would have been to change the policy for new customers but to honour the contract that existing customers.

Very reasonably priced, and treated my dog through all its illnesses even though they started when my dog was very young. They also paid out the maximum when she died.
No difficult phone calls or letters because there was a special insurance clerk at the vets who handled it all.
