"I recommend Direct Line Pet Insurance to my friends"

On both occasions I have had to claim on my Direct Line pet insurance I got great customer service.
They have always been very helpful from when I joined up to when I made the claims. They are also very supportive in an emergency situation which is great when you are dealing with a loved member of the family.
It took a wee too long to settle the claim so I had to stump up the payment at the vet. I got the mony back but it was a lot of money to find all in one go. This wouldn't put me off renewing with them because the rest of the service is flawless.

"Good Service, Getting Greedy"

Very fast payments, big company so good links to vets to cut out the paying and claiming back.
The fact they pay the vet direct is a massive bonus. Knowing that we are covered should we fall ill is another big plus.
12 year old Beagle premium doubled over a year, I understand he is getting old but doubled!
Very polite, big brand and good communications. Overall good cover, just getting greedy with excessive premiums due to the age of dog.
