Quick and easy to apply online! Great customer service!
None that I can think of.
This was a breath of fresh air. The application online was so easy and decision was really quick. There was a follow up call the next day the staff were friendly and very helpful. This makes a change from poorly trained staff and automated machines! Well done Bank of Scotland!
