"Great cover but premium doubled after claim" - Anon (21-Apr-2008)
I have used Norwich Union for five years and have found their service brilliant.
I was happy with the help I received when I made a claim and would recommend their home insurance policy.
My premium pretty much doubled after I made my claim but for the service I received during my claim I would possibly stick with them despite the cost.

Norwich Union home insurance was £300 cheaper than my existing insurer.
They were the cheapest well-known insurer I found when I compared home insurance policies.
The customer service team were knowledgeable and helpful and didn't feel at all pushy. The telephone service was great too.
None experienced thus far (I haven't had to make a claim yet, touch wood).
