In 14 years with them, they only ever made one mistake, and were quick to rectify and cover any costs.
Never been the greatest with the rate of interest but their customer service was so good I was happy to stay with them. In 2007 they actually put a zero rate interest on this account so I decided to leave to go to Nationwide's Flex. Other factors for my leaving were other irritating introductions from First Direct for charging for the account etc (if you didn't qualify in other areas).
