"Simple to set up my Virgin Credit Card"

I went for the Virgin credit card because it had 16 months 0% on balance transfers.
Set up was very simple, received card and paperwork very quickly. Helpful customer service staff.
BT fee of 3% but isn't as horrendous as it could be considering the fact it has the longest BT offer on the market.

The customer service from Virgin is brilliant. I paid my bill late and they put me back to full interest on my balance transfer amount but I rang them up and they put me back to 0% because it was my 'first time offence'.
They are pretty stricty if you go against your terms and conditions so make sure you make payments on time or you will lose your 0% deal

"I've held onto mine"

Keep offering deals for balance transfers and i've found the minimum payment reasonable. Good support.
Even though my minimum payment is low I don't think I'm paying much off on the card.
I've had my virgin credit card for a while now and held onto it, since the credit crunch i've been rejected for a few other cards but i'm quite happy with the rates i'm paying.
