Decent rates, plus the tesco club card points are great. Like the idea that these points can be used in a few different ways.
Was a bit let down by the customer service.
I have to say this is an ok product. When you go to a bank you get know that they know what they are doing. I got the impression from the staff I spoke to from Tesco that they do not. I'm good with my card so haven’t had to deal with them that much but feel for people that need to use the customer service more often.

The minimum payment is quite high but in a way this is a good thing because at least your paying back the card and not just interest.
My credit limit was quite low and I found it quite difficult to set up a direct debit, it couldnt be done online which resulted in me getting a few penalty charges.
