I had an accident where someone else wrote my car off. Tesco failed to help form the very beginning. The very first call was laughable; by the end I felt I was to blame. They failed to make contact with me after this so I had to get back in contact with them. They valued my car incorrectly and their ‘advisor’ new less about cars then a chimp with driving gloves on. I would not use Tesco motor insurance again if it was free!
