"no fuss car insurance from Sainsbury's" - Anon (10-Jul-2008)
On the 2 occasions I have had to claim on my Sainsbury's car insurance the insurer handled it with the minimum of fuss.
My car was collected within 2 days for repairs and I had a courtesy car within 24 hours.
The customer service was really good too.
It took a while yo get in contact with the car hire company to get the courtesy car returned but this was a small price to pay for the great service I had with the rest of the claiming procedure.
