"Diamond Car Insurance - FANTASTIC"

You always speak to someone in the UK whenever you call their customer services dept.
The people are so friendly & are really helpful, I phoned from my mobile to change some details on my policy & they offered to phone me straight back to save on my phone bill.
I found a cheaper renewal price with a different company & they matched the offer in order to keep my custom.
I've been with Diamond for 2years & I am definately not considering a change in provider as they are so helpful & friendly their prices are great too! I seriously recommend them!

"Brilliant renewal price on my Diamond car insurance"

My Diamond car insurance was due for renewal so I looked around to see if I could find a cheaper quote and found one.
However, I had received such great service from Diamond that I didn't really want to leave but with the credit crunch at the moment I had to go with the cheapest.
I read your article on the site about being a good customer and using it to your advantage and went back to Diamond and said I had found a cheaper quote elsewhere and they matched it for me after I gave them the quote reference.
Customer service I received was excellent

Renewal information was prompt and my premium came down too which was great.
The cover comes with legal protection, and compared to other policies was cheaper even with this added benefit.
Great customer service and brilliant cover
The customer services number is premium rate '0870' - I think all business numbers should be 01/02 numbers.
