I would reccommend this churchill to anyone when it comes to car insurance. Have been with direct line in the past but now feel very happy with the levels of service I am being offered.

I have no complaints about my car insurance.
I get to pay monthly at a low APR and have always received my policy documents promptly.
The customer service is absolutely brillian and the staff are always very helpful whenever I ring up.

Competitive online pricing for new customers.
Very good customer service.
Like everyone else, doesn't value existing customers.
When using the legal service I was told that unless anyone was injured they didn't want to know. Frustrated that having paid my ?15-?20 or so for the past 20 years and never using the legal cover, the one time I needed it they refused to even advise!
Up until last year I alternated between Direct Line and Churchill, year on year. They both offer good deals to new customers buying online.
Then last year I used a comparison site and reduced my annual policy by about ?70 compared with my renewal from Churchill. On phoning Churchill and advising them of that, they chose to revise their quote to ?65 less (so I stayed with them).
