When working its great. Fast downloads, very fast surfing!
Try not to get over excited about the 20mb thing. From my experience I don't very often get over 8mb. We also got disconnected due to a mistake with the DD and it took 2 days to be reactivated.
Overall with a few bugs ironed out this could be a great service. Staff are friendly and the product is good. Also after having the internet for 2months we were offered the TV basic package, for 50p a month!
