I have never had any qualms with the actual broadband service I pay for from Virgin.
They regularly up the broadband speed for free once they stop doing the slower speeds.
Plus, my bills are correct every month (apart from a few errors at the beginning)
They just don't leave you alone... They keep ringing me to ask me if I want to add digital TV or a landline telephone for only ?2 extra a month.
I wanted to buy the TV service but live in rented accomodation and my landlord won't let me install it. I have told them this every time they ring me telling me what a great deal it is.. I'm like 'I know what a great deal it is but stop ringing me!!' but they still do.
Additionally, they send me sales information but to my next door neighbour. I told them about this and they said 'we have you down as the correct address' then letters continue arriving at my neighbours... If I tell you the address is wrong, Virgin, then it really is... I'm not ringing you for my health!
I also think the service is a little expensive these days compared to other products but like the fact that there is no cap on the amount I download.
