This service is shocking. So slow considering we are supposed to be on up to 16MG! I have just cancelled the service after only just under a month. I think I will give virgin a go, although you will never get the speeds that are being advertised.

Its cheap
Don't get anywhere near top speed! Poor technical support.
When I saw up to 16MG broadband for only ?10 a month my jaw almost hit the floor. I thought this is too good to be true and guess what?? I was right! The speed is rubbish, I get a spike every now and again but that still is prob only 3-4MG tops! I have to reboot my router on average every hour and when we have more than one machine online one will crawl along! Don?t be fooled!
