Consistently reasonable for a number of years.
Long email address and the 'l' in dsl is confusing as it looks like a 1. For an email address alone I wish I'd gone with another provider. However, now that most people have this address I'm reluctant to change.
Thanks to this site I notice there's a cheaper package. I'm going to check if I should be moved to it. Mind you, knowing Pipex they'll then commit me to another 12 months.
House moving: when we moved, I had to close my account and re-open it - very frustrating as I was then tied in for another 12 months as a 'new' customer when in fact I'd been with Pipex for years. Didn't realise this till I'd gone through the pain of waiting weeks whilst BT and Pipex argued the problems of my connection!
