Great value for money
Pleased with the speed and afficiency of their service

I can choose which garage my car goes to
One of the bits of the policy is that you have to pay the bill yourself and then claim the money back from GEM - this isn't a problem at all cos they sent refund really quickly and don't give you hassle.
