New customers will now receive 16 months 0% on balance transfers with the Virgin Credit Card.
The great thing about this offer is that customers will get the interest-free offer for 16 months from the date the account is opened.
You can now get 0% on balance transfers for 13 months with the MBNA Platinum Credit Card, subject to a 2.9% balance transfer fee.
Plus, you will get 0% on any purchases you make for 3 months and, once the 0% offers run out, the typical APR reverts to a competitive 15.9% (variable).
The 0% balance transfer offer on the Barclaycard Platinum has been extended by a month from October 2009 to November 2009.
This means that the Barclaycard Platinum currently offers one of the longest interest free balance transfer offers on the market, at 15 months.
The card also comes with 0% on purchases for 3 months and a low typical APR of 14.9% (variable).
What’s more, you will also receive retail and travel discounts, plus free gadget insurance for 6 months if you apply for the card by 5 September 2008.
To be eligible for the card you need to be at least 21 years of age and have an income of at least £10,000 per year. If you choose to transfer a balance from another card you will be charged a 2.9% balance transfer fee.
