Emma Skinner is the Editor of compareandsave.com and joined in November of 2007.

Emma is responsible for formulating, researching and writing content to be published on compareandsave.com, including topical news pieces, helpful and informative blog entries and personal finance guides, as well as managing the articles written by the rest of the team.

One of her larger projects was the Guide to Credit Cards, which she coordinated and the majority of which she wrote herself, based on knowledge of the industry and some additional research. In her experience, credit cards seemed to be misunderstood and only the most basic of information seemed to be easily found on the internet. Emma wanted to change this and give the consumer a comprehensive guide to a finanical tool that has become part of people's day-to-day lives.

After content is written, Emma is responsible for sourcing and editing any corresponding images to be published alongside the articles.

The feel of the content is indicative of Emma’s desire to create a personal finance world where the readers know more about the products they are choosing so they can take back control of their money.

Her interests lie in the utilities sector and in helping students manage their limited finances more effectively.
